[Bug] Spell Blade (or related lesser tier spell item) with Wand Storage upgrade cannot have their mana restored by Mana Flasks

Observed behaviour

When trying to combine a Spell Blade (or related lesser tier spell item) that has mana capacity (from a Wand Storage upgrade) with a Mana Flask in the Crafting grid, it will not restore the Spell Blade's mana.

Expected behaviour

I expect the Spell Blade to have it's mana restored when combined with a Mana Flask in a Crafting grid (assuming it has Mana storage from a Wand Storage upgrade).

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a Server
  2. Apply a Wand Storage upgrade to a Spell Blade (or related lesser tier spell item)
  3. Do something that reduces the Spell Blades mana (hit a target)
  4. Try to combine the Spell Blade with reduced mana with a Mana flask in the Crafting table
