[Bug] Arcane Augmentation spell ignores Blast and Range wand upgrades

Observed behaviour

When casting the Arcane Augmentation spell, any Blast or Range upgrades are ignored (instead replacing them with the number of arcane augmentations cast).

Molten Earth cast with no Augmentations and no Blast Upgrades (radius 3):

Expected behaviour

I expected that Arcane Augmentation would add to the area of effect from Wand Upgrade scrolls.

3 Blast Upgrades (+75% area) added to 3 Arcane Augmentations (+75% area) for a total of +150% area.
3 Range Upgrades (+75% area) added to 3 Arcane Augmentations (+75% area) for a total of +150% range.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a Server
  2. Add 3 Range upgrades and 2 Blast upgrades to a Wand
  3. Cast Electrify and note the maximum range (12)
  4. Cast Arcane Augmentation a single time and cast Electrify again, noting the maximum range (9)
  5. Cast Arcane Augmentation 3 times and cast Electrify again, noting the maximum range (12)
  6. Cast Molten Earth and note the area of effect (5 radius)
  7. Cast Arcane Augmentation a single time and cast Molten Earth again, noting the area of effect (3.5 radius)
  8. Cast Arcane Augmentation 3 times and cast Molten Earth again, noting the area of effect (5 radius)
