Observed behaviour

Description: "Hitting an enemy with the Spell Blade has a 60% chance to cause thorn bushes to sprout near the enemy for 5 seconds."

Activating the Runeword: Briar, then striking multiple mobs never showed any thorn bushes sprouting.

Expected behaviour

I expected to see thorn bushes sprout around struck mobs after striking enough of them.

Steps to reproduce

1. Join a Server
2. Equip Master Spell Blade with Runeword: Briar
3. Equip Runic Shield
4. Shift-right click to cast Runeword
5. Attack a mob
6. Notice lack of thorn bushes
7. Repeats steps 4-6 several times to no effect.
