[Bug] Spell Blade spell cast with Runic Shield should use using right-click to cast (shift-right click to shield block)

Observed behaviour

Currently when equipped with a Spell Blade in main-hand and Runic Shield in off-hand,

  1. You cast a spell by (sneak) shift-right clicking with the Spell Blade
  2. You right click to block with the Runic Shield

Expected behaviour

Because the main action of a Battlemage is often to cast spells with their spell blade, with blocking with Runic Shield being a secondary feature.. then swapping these two activations would help. Thus I request:

  1. You cast a spell by right clicking with the Spell Blade
  2. You (sneak) shift-right click to block with the Runic Shield

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a Server
  2. Equip a Runic Shield and Spell Blade with a spell
  3. Try to cast the spell by shift-right clicking with Spell Blade
