[Bug] Phial of the Eternal Flame is super uncomfortable to use

Observed behaviour

Light flickers when moving. The abrupt lighting change is very uncomfortable to view.

Expected behaviour

Light should transition smoothly. Even just a quickly tweened in and out would help. For the time being, I just removed the bauble, but would love to see the issue fixed so people without dynamic lighting can use this.

It cannot be really smoother without installing a dynamic lightning mod (or maybe optifine). It would need changes to the game's light engine (and if I would do that, at that point this mod would also be a dynamic lightning engine mod. This item works with facade invisible blocks for light. Just like when you place a torch, transition of the light levels is not smooth.
