[Bug] 1.12.2 Crash report - compatibility with another mod?

Is there an existing issue for this?

Observed behaviour

The game seems to have problems loading Ancient Spellcraft mod, either the old ver (1.6) or the new ver (1.7)
Crashes while trying to lead the mods in the forge charging screen

Expected behaviour

I dont really understand crash report logs but here it is, i think its a problem with another mod but dont know wich one

Steps to reproduce

  1. Start minecraft
  2. Forge charging mods loading screen
  3. Gets to the second step "initialization mods" then crashes

If you are getting this error:

The game crashed whilst initializing game
Error: java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid id 256 - maximum id range exceeded.
Error code: -1

You've ran out of free potion/enchantment/whatever IDs.
There are some mods which can extend the max potion Id range:
