[Bug] Permagrow can be used on player

Observed behaviour

Despite the description on the wiki, the spell can be used on the player

Expected behaviour

I think Permagrow cant be casted on player

Steps to reproduce

  1. Join a server
  2. Cast Permagrow on any player
  3. Now the player is twice as big

Playing on the RAD 1.50, there is a lot of mods
