Hi, I noticed an issue when I have missing hearts, some NPC healers follow me around and try to heal me but nothing happens. Specifically a Nogg Healer keeps chasing me around trying to heal me I'm guessing, but they do their animation and nothing happens. They stop after I just end up healing my own hearts.

Please let me know if this is a bug or I'm missing something,
