Gate object already placed! Invisible bugged wall/gate which does not function instead which cannot be removed

Expected Behavior
Gate should appear and be functional.
Current Behavior
Gate has bugged, seems to think there is already a gate in the place I want it however upon trying to walk through where it says a gate already is there is an invisible wall stopping me from going past jolting the player back glitching out. Attempted to open it so if that would fix the object but no luck, also messed around with redstone stuff to see if that would make it re-appear or anything no luck there, also tried deleting chunk and re-gening which also does not work.
Steps to Reproduce
- N/A Actually dunno how this happened. Maybe something to do with the position place key z?
Possible Solution
Any help on this would be great as it's on a Server which is established. So finding a fix is mandatory for us for future issues like this.

1.12.2-2.7.0.976 is the latest in-dev version. Sorry, but we don't provide support for non -release versions, dev is for testing and development. Gates are known to be a bit buggy and are subject to future improvement.
Yeah I updated to this version from the release on curseforge, it happened on the release version though thought updating may have fixed the issue.
Is there any way to remove the invisible barrier of the broken gate? If so please lemme know.
Or if you know any server commands or block commands that can be run to correct the invisible wall/gate bug?

If you load your world with MCEdit, you can purge blocks or entities with it

My world is like 30gb+ you know if mcedit still works for ftp and if that works safely and fast for world editing?
Edit: Also what exactly do I need to do in it? Last time I used mc edit was years ago lol
There is another way. Install this mod: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/torojimas-buildhelper
This gives ingame builder wands. So you dont need MCEdit.
Use the "Air Wand" which is basically "delete" - make sure you place one block bottom right below the gate area
and another top left so that between the two blocks you have enclosed the whole gate area in side an invisible cube that the diagonals of the two boxes would form.
Them use the Air Wand click on the first block, and then the second - gate will be deleted, including the invisible proxy blocks that are giving you the problem.

Answer: If you use a dev version - you will get no support here. The reason users should not use dev versions is that you will absolutely screw over your own world gen. The dev versions don't match with the currently released structure pack and they don't contain any new ones. The .aws of structures has changed considerably in dev from those old structures and have functions and settings that don't exist in the old ones. The world gen system has changed in dev and is no longer compatible with the settings of the old .aws. So by using it you are throwing your own world gen into chaos. Plus there are flaws, bugs and problems, plus half finished WIP stuff, experimental stuff not working properly, that we know about and expect and know why its there and what its for. YOU DONT. We don't then want those things reported back to us as bugs, or used when talking to other users on the forum as this just confuses everything. So, if you use a dev version you will get absolutely NO support or questions answered here.
