The 1.7.10. version of the mod is not supported anymore, 1.12.2 is the actively developed version. Issues for the 1.7.10 version are automatically closed.

Possible Solution
As usual with these reports - you dont have enough memory allocated to modded minecraft ! From your log: "Memory: 313844848 bytes (299 MB) / 2147483648 bytes (2048 MB) up to 2147483648 bytes (2048 MB)" 2gb is nowhere near enough - 6gb is recommended.
