AW2 Drawbridge Max Length

Context Environment
Minecraft version:1.12.2
Ancient Warfare 2 version:1.12.2-2.7.0.1038.jar
Minecraft Forge version:14.23.5.2855
(Custom Modpack)
Expected Behavior
From what I've read the AW drawbridge should have no max size as long as it's 1 block thick.
Current Behavior
I have made a 7(width) x 25 (height/length) drawbridge and when I put the drawbridge down it looks like it worked, and hitboxes support that, but after 15-17 blocks in you just fall through. WAILA also doesn't register the blocks that you can walk/fall through and they can't be interacted with.
Possible Solution
I have no idea what solution could work, BUT I have tried the following to no avail,
-Making a shorter drawbridge
-Making a longer drawbridge
-Making a thicker drawbridge
-Moving the drawbridge
-Using redstone to open
-Starting from the opposite point and then selecting the point that I normally use
