low tps when AW2 structure built

Minecraft version: 1.12.2
Ancient Warfare 2 version: 2.7.0.1038
Minecraft Forge version: 14.23.5.2860
Expected Behavior
structures built smoothly
Current Behavior
structures built dropping TPS
Steps to Reproduce
- structure built
- TPS drops until the building has finished
- Also, Recurrent Complex has same problem. (Recurrent Complex drops TPS when building)
