Incompatibility with Backpacked / Blank inventory / Research Table Not Working

Context Environment

Minecraft version: 1.12.2

Ancient Warfare 2 version: 1.12.2-2.7.0.1038

Minecraft Forge version: 14.23.5.2859

Expected Behavior

Tables work as normal and inventory appears.

Current Behavior

Inventory does not show up in research table/engineering table.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Download ancient warfare & backpacked on curseforge.
  2. Start a world in creative and place research table.
  3. Right-click research table.

Using my own modpack I encountered this issue. I was able to pinpoint the incompatible mod by bulk disabling mods until it worked then backtracking to find Backpacked causes this issue. No idea why, but thought I'd post this since a couple others had the same issue.

There seems to be incompatibilities with MrCrayfish mods. Since it's been mentioned, I'll close it.
