Need to get the instruction manual updated for upcoming major release.

Need to add info regarding:

• Change to NPC custom-naming system.
• Traders (Player) (need info on setting up trades)
• Traders (NPC) (need info on setting up trades)
• Bards (Player) (need info on adding songs) (need list of default song lengths)
• Worksite upgrades (chunkloaders)
• Updated Torque Power system (windmills, waterwheels, flywheel storage)
• World Gen setup (how to disable default structure pack and setup custom world-generation)
• info regarding new /commands (research, structure, faction)

Need to add images for:

• Automation Module (image of some automation setups, possibly from server)
• Structure Module (image of structures, structure-builder GUI)
• NPC Module (images of npcs.. player owned and faction)
• Windmill (image of finished product, image of block-setup for blades)
• Waterwheel (images of various functional setups)

Instruction manual has been updated with relevant information for new features.
