So, yeah, I was messing around with the latest update (the one that introduces the Archangel Form spell, and while I was in Creative Mode, after the spell wore off, the game treated me as if I was in Survival, sending a Creeper after me to blow up and kill me. I'm pretty sure it's the mechanics you set up for the form doing this.
