Tested in MMD Public reloaded server, the healing spells do same healing regardless spell power aswell as damaging skills do exact same damage too, and malefic does always 1 damage even base damage says 4.

From testing and relooking at the code, seems it was only Malefic that was bugged. Everything else is working with spellpower just fine.
