When using positive energy Burst, it seems that it has a very strange effect. It removes the debuffs, but it seems to make some of them have a permanent duration.

For example. I had weakness on me. I used positive energy Burst and the weakness effect no longer showed, however, I still dealt damage as if I had the effect of weakness and it did not go away. I logged out and restarted the server.

Eventually I drank a weakness potion, and once the duration of that wore out, I was returned to normal.
