The angel ring isn't allowing me to fly, whether if its in the curio slot or my inventory

I too can confirm angel ring is not working if any testing needed do let me know. I am using 500+ mods so would be a task to check compatibility.

Angel Ring works if both Inventory Pets and Mystical Agriculture is disabled

Just checked your modpack. There is a lot of ways of flights and all of them aren't working so one of the mods blocking flight ability by overriding it constantly. However, a possible mod conflict could be related to mod which adds some sort of jumping when walking with "balloons" bar on top of food bar. Don't know what it is name, but it could be related to this somehow. This is not an Angel Ring issue.

I have unfortunately stopped the development of my modpack, but really, I totally appreciate the fact of you going and testing it out to give me some info! big kudos for you <3

Well, good luck then with other projects! Closing this in favor of supporting Angel Ring 2 (however respective LTS 1.x versions is still supported)

I didn't realise there was a conflict with Mekanism, is there a way to sort that?

Probably one of the mods tries to override flight parameter or blocks it for whatever reason. Currently having to investigate it, but it seems to happen randomly, but at the moment I can't reproduce this issue. Name of the pack could help me to investigate as well.
There's also was a bug in Mekanism preventing Angel Ring to fly, but it was already fixed in July of 2020.

Atleast in ATM6 and in some other big packs works for me as intended, please post your modlists if you experience this issue.
