Thank you for the report. I've manually checked the Angel Ring and it's dependencies hierarchy for the some kind of weird mistakes when resolving them. I've manually redownloaded all the required jars. Cannot reproduce.
On the screenshot I see only Flight API and HaydenAPI installed, maybe you forgot to install Curios API 9.2.2+ or Accessories (or Curios Continuation/Adorned/any other fork)? It will crash due to missing any of the Curios-like data providers and a modpack developer can choose any of the forks and specifying one caused many random problems when testing.
Also it may be useful to redownload the mods due to CurseForge sometimes having random quirks and may corrupt the files. While it is mostly was fixed for the Angel Ring project, it still may lead to a broken file somehow, so I would just redownload all the three jars and relaunch the pack. You should be fine after that.
Clean install of GMT 16:27 PM. Works as expected in user's environments in both Prism (Manual download)/CurseForge (Automatic download) launchers.
NeoForge 21.1.83
NeoForge 21.1.133 (latest at the moment of writing) works perfectly too. Probably it is mostly a corrupted instance.
I'll leave this issue open, if there will be any other evidence will be found with that issue, I'll reupload 3.0.0+beta.3 with a lowered version requirement to make sure it requires 1.0.4, but not ignores it. Let me know if this does not helped you, so I could investigate further.
