Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

i noticed that weather2 breaks event heavy rainfall in the dim quite funny have literally no rain just puddles and lightning lol

1.There are more mods installed but there not affecting anything like the events just weather2
2.already tested with Betweenlands and weather2
3. Corosauce/weather2#396

Expected result:

expecting to have actual Heavy RainFall in the betweenland dim not affecting weather2
