Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

1. Get picked up by a Chiromaw Matriarch
2. Die

Expected result:

You'll respawn at your usual spawn point.

Actual result:

You respawn still in the Matriarch's grasp (or some Matriarch, anyway), and you can't hurt it anymore. Even switching to Creative mode doesn't help; the only way to fix it is by exiting and reentering the world.
