[SUGGESTION] - Cooldown on Lurker Skin Shield to prevent Exploit

The Lurker Skin Shield provides the player with the ability to use is as an alternative to the Weedwood Rowboat. It is known to be much slower than the other version, but there is actually a way to make it faster. When you dismount the shield it will automatically try to get back in your secondary slot, and you are able to use it right after. The issue comes from the fact that you can place the "boat" a few block away, if you keep mounting and dismounting this shield you will go way faster than the regular use of it as a boat. Therefore, if it is possible, I would suggest a cooldown for the use of this shield's secondary ability to prevent fast travelling, although it would take a little bit of practice to sucessfully operate this "technique".

QUICK NOTE: This usage of the Luker Skin Shield will also occasionally make it disappear from the player's inventory. The only way of fixing this is to restart your world.

It's only a little bit faster than using it regularly and the weedwood rowboat is like 3 times as fast and is even cheaper, so I don't think this needs a cooldown. You can also make use of these kinds of things in vanilla, e.g. boat elevators.

I don’t think it’s faster than a boat going at max—or even half—speed. Nobody uses lurker skin shields anyway, so I doubt that this is important enough to warrant a change.

I use lurker skin shields every day, they are an efficient ship and you can protect yourself with it if necessary. I think this suggestion is a good idea.

Guess I’m mistaken then. But I still don’t think it’s “exploitable” enough to warrant a cool down.
