Maybe also a Config Option to allow it to work on Dead Bushes?

These 2 changes would improve my modpack a lot, but I understand if you don't wanna add them.

You can already do that: Config > World And Dimension > Custom Portals

What about the first idea? My problem with the Talisman at the moment is that it can be reused all the time to make more and more portal structures.
