Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

I'm using the custom dimension portal functionality that you added a while back to allow players to use the Swamp Talisman to spawn tree portals to other dimensions by right clicking on the custom blocks that I have setup in the configs. Every dimension works as intended except the overworld.

The overworld block creates a tree portal, allows teleportation to the overworld, but does not create a tree portal in the overworld. Every other dimension creates a portal tree so the player can return home.

I am using the Topography mod to produce sky island world generation for the overworld for this modpack.

Expected result:

A portal tree is created at the location where the player is teleported in the overworld.

Actual result:

The player is teleported to the overworld but not portal tree is produced.
