How to reproduce:

1. Find a Sludgeon and light the Braziers
2. Start a Heavy Rain Event
3. Wait for a Brazier to extinguish

Expected result:

One or more of the Braziers goes out forcing you to relight it

Actual result:

One of the Brazier fires is extinguished by the rain
