[BUG] - Chiromaw Matriarch Vulnerable to Petrify (Basilisk Effects)

Description of the problem

Despite the attempt to get the Chiromaw Matriarch immune to Petrify effects, in release 3.6.1, it can still be paralysed with Basilisk Arrows and Draughts as of 3.7.3

How to reproduce:

  1. Simply shoot either Basilisk Arrows with a bow, or throw a Basilisk Draught on the Matriarch

Expected result:

The Matriarch should continue to chase the player, or any nearby mobs, thus ignoring the Petrify effect.

Actual result:

Instead, the Matriarch is paralysed mid-air and cannot break free until the effect wears off.
