Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

1. Hold a bucket of swamp water in your main hand
2. Hold a sulfur torch in your offhand
3. Right click

Expected result:

I expected the bucket to place the water

Actual result:

The bucket became empty, and it made the placing sound, but there was no water. Instead, it placed a sulfur torch where I clicked
