[BUG] Can't attach Leads to Betweenlands Fence types

Description of the problem
You can attach Leads to Betweenland fences, but because it doesn't extend the vanilla Fence class the rope breaks after a few seconds.
Moved to #1368 since it's got more elaboration and you made both issues anyways
