Ability to recruit mobs over the recruitment limit

Description of the problem
How to reproduce:
- have a ressurection simulacra revive a recruited mob
- simple as that, the revived recruited mob doesnt occupy any recruitment slots
Expected result:
the revived mob either shouldn't be recruited anymore or should occupy recruitment slots again
Actual result:
the revived mob does not occupy recruitment slots
(my personal note here, I actually like this bug, as it allows one to perform sort of ritual to get "soulbound" recruits + this is very hard to pull off on strong mobs because the chance for succeful revival is not high)
