Weedwood Bushes and Rubber logs don't change during Spook/Winter

Description of the problem
Could've sworn Weedwood Bushes used to change during these events, at least winter. They don't seem to anymore.

EDIT: Same goes with the rubber logs. They have textures in the files at least.
