These aren't bugs, more or less just tiny things:

• Currently there's no JEI support for the Hearthgrove Log tarring recipe.
• Already tarred logs still say "can be tarred"
• Hearthgrove bark to log/vice versa recipes are in, but not Nibbletwig ones.
• Hearthgrove and Nibbletwig Leaves are not compostable like other leaves.
