How to reproduce:

1. Attempt to kill a Smol Sludge with a Sludge Slicer.
2. Watch it only do its minimum base damage.

Expected result:

For the Smol Sludge to die instantly.

Actual result:

The Sludge Slicer only dealt its minimum base damage.
