Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

1. Mine an intricate portal frame block (one that makes up the design around each individual portal) with a Silk Touch tool
2. Pick up the resulting broken item

Expected result:

It would either drop itself or still just the design-less Portal Frame block.

Actual result:

It drops a baaad broken item that if picked up crashes the game (and world can't be entered again).
