Feat: Add blacklist support for lurker skin pouch

As the title states, it would be nice if there was a way to blacklist items from the lurker skin pouch.

Our main use for this would be to blacklist other pouches and backpacks that introduce a nesting of storage such as DarkPacks/SevTech-Ages#2405
