When replacing a dead gecko in a cage, there's still a cooldown on experimentation, despite it being a new gecko.

Discovered in multiplayer, presumably also happens in single player.
Installed mods:
Discovered in the Sevtech: Ages 3.0.7 modpack, but this seems to be more of an oversight than an actual bug so the other mods shouldn't matter.
Description of the problem
How to reproduce:
- Feed ground item to gecko.
- Have gecko die/disappear from too much experimenting.
- Quickly put a new gecko into the cage.
- Attempt to feed a ground item to the new gecko.
Expected result:
Should be able to immediately feed new ground item to the gecko, as it's a fresh gecko.
Actual result:
"The gecko is still recovering from the last experiment" appears on the screen, even though the gecko hasn't actually been experimented on yet.
