Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

1. Destroy a Dungeon Door with an explosion, such as with an Angry Pebble

Expected result:

If anything dropped, it would just be one Dungeon Door.

Actual result:

A single Dungeon Door can drop multiple Dungeon Doors when destroyed with an explosion. It usually drops about 1 or 2 extra, I'm assuming others are destroyed by the impact. It's likely due to the door being made up of more than one block.
