Description of the problem

How to reproduce:

The lightweight potion doesn't show the fifth element "form" in the herblore book, but it's written and works with it.

Expected result:

THe recipe only showing the four elements, I thought I would only need these to make the potion.

Actual result:

I ended up adding Form to it in doubt, and the potion was made properly, unlike what the recipe seemed to say.
