[Suggestion] Working Cattle (/Oxen)

Seeing as Draft Horses not only exist in this mod and (someday) will be able to "work", you may want to consider adding working cattle. Technically these can be of almost any breed or gender (an oxen is just a trained animal, usually a steer). Many traditional working cattle come from "triple-purpose" breeds (i.e. capable of producing meat, milk, and labor) such as the American Milking Devon, Yakutian, and Randall Lineback Cattle. Also, many modern breeds (e.g. Sussex Cattle) are descended from working breeds (though they're not as adapted to working as their ancestors).

That sounds cool, but I think their just going to use horses for that.

@NeonWolfie I see no reason to not extent the function to other animals too. Even in vanilla you can ride Horses, Donkeys and Pigs instead of just 1 animal.
But maybe the devs feel different.
