Generating new config file with 1.6.0.2 Drops missing

After deleting the config file from 1.5.1.1 and generating a new one with 1.6.0.2, the drops section no longer generates. Drops shows up again after deleting config from 1.6.0.2 and readding 1.5.1.1 version.
