Honey bottle consume as much mb as a bucket

Expected Behavior
Harvest honey with a bottle consume less than 1000 mb, may only 250 mb
Actual Behavior
It consume 1000 mb, the same amount that a bucket does
Steps to Reproduce
Right click on a bee house that produced enough honey
Version of Minecraft, version of Animania, Single Player or Server
MC 1.12.2
Animania 1.6.2
SSP
