[Feature] Adding the same function of Animania's Mud to every block that has the same oreDict

There are many mods that add Mud, one example is PrimalCore, but the pigs does not recognize the PrimalCore's Mud, and instead of adding a special compat for only that mod, why not adding this feature to every block that has the same oreDict name (blockMudWet)?
