Expected Behavior

Animania mobs replacing vanilla mob spawns on both the server and in singleplayer since the config is set to do so with both

Actual Behavior

Vanilla mobs spawn instead of Animania mobs despite the config being set to replace vanilla mobs

Steps to Reproduce

Run Animania Base and Animania Farm on a 1.12.2 server with the config set to replace vanilla mob spawns, and check for vanilla mobs spawning

Version of Minecraft, version of Animania, Single Player or Server
