Hedgehog on shoulder messes up visuals of in-world enchantment glint on held items

Expected Behavior

For the enchanted glint on held items to appear normally while a hedgehog(possibly other shoulder-inhabiting critters) is currently on your shoulder.

Actual Behavior

While a hedgehog/shoulder critter is on your shoulder, any item you're holding in your main or offhand that has the enchanted glint fails to hide the bounds of the enchant glint that goes beyond the item, i.e. the entire square of glint is visible even if the item is not that large.

Removing the critter from your shoulder makes the glint behavior return to normal.

Seems to happen on anything that's enchanted/has the glowing overlay, I've tried shields(Spartan Shields), weapons from Dungeon Tactics, and weapons/tools from Adventurer's Toolbox... I'm assuming it's just related to the enchantment glint itself and would happen with any item that has it.

Steps to Reproduce

  • Have enchanted item in hand or offhand
  • Shift-right-click tamed hedgehog onto shoulder
  • Optional: Might have something to do with LibrarianLib's internal modification of enchantment glints/glow effect related to such, but this issue has only happened specifically when a critter from Animania is on your shoulder.

Thanks for the feedback. The issue has been posted before. Sadly still no fix.

That's not a problem. The issue is in the other repo for animania (there's still 2 for some reason).
It's also a good bump for the issue ;)

I did try to fix this some time back and failed. Will give it a go again (maybe peek at the vanilla parrot code)...

Oh dear. :( Didn't see that when I searched, probably because I searched specifically for "hedgehog" in the issues. Oops.

Is this still an issue? Otherwise I'm going to close this.
