Modern versions of Antique Atlas (v6.0.0 onward) have removed the minimap overlay in favour of the awful Vanilla map behaviour. I get that the mod hasn't been touched in literally over six years and most of the code is probably completely incompatible now but... Figured I'd give it a shot and ask anyway.
