Updating from 1.12.2 v 4.5.1 to 4.6.3 deletes all markers

If I update, I loose them all, if I go back to 4.5.1 they all come back.
Any ideas? I'm running RLCraft mudpack.

There won't be another 1.12 update, so I'm closing this.
