Shaders and Antique Atlas layer bug

Using, some shaders, specific Sildurs Vibrant Shaders v1.281 and Simplicissimus_v1.2 make the map render under ice objects. I don't know if this is an issue of this mod or shaders, but since it only happens with Antique Atlas type of mod I suppose happens only on this one.
I'm using the latest AntiqueAtlas version, currently: antiqueatlas-5.4.2-forge.jar, using 1.16.4-forge-35.1.28. I guess it's a layer issue since with normal maps it doesn't happen.
