Describe the bug
Despite having the minimap enabled in the toml config file on line 59, the minimap is not appearing when holding the map in offhand

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install
2. Set overlayAppearance to be enabled
3. restart server

Expected behavior
Minimap is now enabled

I figured it out. This setting must be changed on a client, not on a server.
