Zooming in after centering on the player should remain centered on the player

DESIRED BEHAVIOUR
As a player,
GIVEN I have my atlas open
GIVEN I have centered the atlas on my player via the "center" button
WHEN I zoom in or out of the atlas (e.g. using mouse wheel)
THEN I expect the atlas to remain centered on the player.
CURRENT BEHAVIOUR
The atlas zooms willy nilly around some point that is not obvious to me (but is not the player).
