Antique atlas 4 doesn't render any terrain on server

I'm running a 1.20.1 fabric server, with Surveyor installed. Yet when I join and open my map, all I can see is my own landmarks and automatically rendered structures. I also have Terralith installed (but this combination seems to work fine on SP).

Does anyone know what I need to do to get my terrain to show?
I'd like to note that Antique Atlas was added after the world was generated for the first time.
