Console spam at boot with "Removed faux village tile"

Whenever our server boots, we're getting pages of logs like the following:

Any idea what's going on?
Why does it keep removing the same stuff at each boot?
As seen with antiqueatlas-4.2.7-1.7.10.jar
Also got the same problem in MC 1.8, Antique Atlas 4.2.10
Checked the coordinates and nothing was there.
On the atlas, I have the village tiles and an undeletable village marker.
